ASEAN Int’l Optics Fair (WOF | Bangkok) Concludes with Resounding Success

 

October 11, 2025– The three-day 2025 WOF ASEAN Int’l Optics Fair (WOF | Bangkok) successfully concluded at the IMPACT Exhibition Center in Bangkok, Thailand. As a key component of WOF's internationalization strategy in the ASEAN region, the fair successfully brought together global industry resources, injecting strong momentum into the deep integration and innovative development of the regional industry.

As the largest and only professional optics fair in the ASEAN region in 2025, the fair featured over 10,000 square meters of exhibition space, gathered a strong lineup of 230 exhibitors and over 100 renowned brands from around the globe, and presented a complete range of products covering the entire industry chain. It successfully attracted over 5,500 professional visits from over 30 countries, including Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Japan, South Korea, and Australia.

Featured Zones:Where Ideas Meet Opportunity

To comprehensively showcase the innovative vitality of the global eyewear industry, three distinct thematic zones were set up at the exhibition:

  • The International Brand Area assembled international brands and emerging brands, presenting a diverse and high-quality products and offering buyers abundant sourcing options.

  • The Asia Original Designer Area focused on personalized design and original aesthetics, demonstrating the unique creativity and market potential of Asian designers, attracting numerous visitors seeking differentiated products.

  • The Danyang Area featured multiple lens manufacturers showcasing the latest advancements in visual health and material innovation.

Tech Spotlight: AI Meets Eyewear

At the fair, several smart eyewear brands, led by Rokid Glasses, showcased cutting-edge products in the "AI + Vision" field. These innovative products not only provided visitors with an immersive interactive experience, but also clearly demonstrated the enormous potential and new industry trends driven by this technology.

Knowledge Exchange: Learning and Networking

A rich program of concurrent events including the Asia Pacific Eye Health Symposium, The Conference by Optometry Association of Thailand, Asia Pacific Optometry Summit and Study Tour provided platforms for exhibitors and professional visitors to discuss industry trends, academic advances, and business innovation.

Buyer-Supplier Meeting: Connecting Partners

Through 120+ tailored meetings, the fair efficiently connected qualified buyers from ASEAN, South Asia, and Oceania with suitable suppliers. The face-to-face format significantly accelerated procurement processes and partnership formation.
