Buyer-Supplier Meeting（Click to apply）
1. We will launch a brand-new two-way selection system for Buyer-Supplier Meeting. Please ensure the completeness and accuracy of the information you provide. Those who fail to meet the requirements will not receive notification emails.
2. Due to the limitation of slots, when there are more than 15 applicants from the same country, we will stop accepting applications for that country to prevent excessive concentration of buyer types.
3. We expect to collect exhibitor information by the beginning of September and send the link of the Buyer-Supplier Meeting system to buyers. Please keep an eye on your email. Only after completing the selection process can you receive the confirmation letter.
4. Buyers from the same company will receive a subsidy.
5. The maximum subsidy for participating in Buyer-Supplier Meeting is 2,000 THB. Here is the way to obtain the full subsidy:
(1) If you successfully participate in Buyer-Supplier Meeting, you will receive 1,000 THB.
(2)After the meeting, exhibitors will score based on the communication willingness, supply-demand compatibility, and order tendency of buyers from multiple perspectives during the on-site performance. Based on the score, you will receive 200 - 1,000 THB.
The buyer's score is rounded up and corresponds to different subsidy ratios:
5 points (receive the remaining 100% subsidy, which is 1000 THB)
4 points (receive the remaining 80% subsidy, which is 800 THB)
3 points (receive the remaining 60% subsidy, which is 600 THB)
2 points (receive the remaining 40% subsidy, which is 400 THB)
1 point (receive the remaining 20% subsidy, which is 200 THB)
Example:
The exhibitor's rating is: 4 4 4 5, with a total score of 17 and an average score of 4.25. Rounding up gives 5, and the subsidy is 1000 THB.
The exhibitor's rating is: 3 3 4 5, with a total score of 15 and an average score of 3.75. Rounding up gives 4, and the subsidy is 800 THB.
After the exhibitors' ratings are completed, the organizing committee will conduct a unified calculation and distribute the final subsidies on-site.
Group Subsidy(Click to apply)
WOF BANGKOK 2026 will offer group subsidy to visitors.
The requirements are as follows:
A group consists of at least 15 members and these members must come from at least 10 different companies.
The subsidy will only take effect after all the members are present.
After forming the group, will enjoy:
1.Group leader will receive a subsidy of 70 USD per person (excluding the group leader self).
2.All members will receive up to 3-nights free hotel accommodation.
