During Jan. to May 2016, the export value of China optical products (not including equipments) reaches 2.074 billion USD which is 4.10% increase compared with last year. The export value of finished glasses like sunglasses and reading glasses reaches 1.232 billion USD which is 7.16% increase compared with last year which takes 59.43% in the total export value (including sunglasses for 0.759 billion USD which is 8.23% increase compared with last year and takes 36.58% in the total export value). The export value of frame is 0.440 billion USD which is 1.15% increase compared with last year and takes 21.21% in the total export value. The export value of lens is 0.340 billion USD which is 1.22% reduce compared with last year and takes 16.42% in the total export value.

During Jan. to May 2016, the import value of China optical products (not including equipments) reaches 0.39 billion USD which is 7.26% increase compared with last year. The import value of finished glasses like sunglasses and reading glasses reaches 0.127 billion USD which is 13.61% reduce compared with last year. The import value of lens and blank is 0.11 billion USD which is 30.97% increase compared with last year. The import value of frame is 0.051 billion USD which is 0.2% increase compared with last year.
