All their custom-made acetate sheets are produced by Mazzucchelli 1849, the worldwide leader in the manufacturing and distribution of Cellulose Acetate.

The Italian independent eyewear brand that recently refreshed its look with a new logo and a new website launches the new Coupe Metal line.

The Metal line is the natural evolution of the Coupe Collection, the brand’s latest design inspired by the Concetto Spaziale series by the master of “cuts” Fontana and by the broken lines of polygonal art. Working with sharp metals, the new models achieve a dramatic look through the deliberate combination of angles, round and polygonal structures that direct and divert light and shadow. Galvanized in silver, gold, or in ruthenium, the Coupe Metal line introduces four new models to the Coupe series:

RHOMBE: regular cuts that frame the eye and enhance the look through reflections from four different angles.

Rombe

LUNE: characterized by one of the most essential geometric shapes, the circle, this frame takes inspiration from the historical silver models of the late 19th century.

Lune

POLYGONE: complexity, rigor, and lightness meet in a defined and measured balance.

Polygone

ELLIPSE: The softness of the curves and the severity of the cut lines coexist in this frame, in a formal balance that is decisive but also delicate.
