The latest AW21 collection by Christian Lacroix is everything you’d expect; exuberant, unapologetically experimental, and offers unparalleled richness – it’s Lacroix, sweetie.

Across the entire range, luxurious and vibrant colorations, inspired by the brand’s opulent jewelry and accessory collections, can be found, as well as signature detailing and bold patterns. The Autumn/Winter 21 Christian Lacroix optical range is more than an iconic eyewear release, it’s a chic universe.

The chunky frame of CL1118 is a beautiful acetate style with chic bevelling along the top brow, screaming extravagance. Signature Lacroix hues, such as rich Royal Blues and Ruby Reds feature across the elegant lamination details on the temples. For an added dose of luxury, this design is signed off in style with the brand’s signature gold butterfly embellishment on the inner ear tip.

A master of design, CL1120 is a classic panto shape with a newly designed angled detail on its front for a flamboyant Christian Lacroix spin. Its patterned motif across the top of the temples adds a further contemporary feel to the frame. This style is available in a beautiful palette of new colorways such as rich Cassata Red, Tutti Frutti, and elegant Cassican. Adding a sense of whimsical Parisian glamour, this style is the perfect finishing touch to any autumnal outfit this season.

The slightly oversized square shape of metal style CL3071 features a unique front with bi-coloration double rims. Playing with volume, the metal rope detailing shines through against the colored rim creating a contrasting look for a frame-in-frame effect. The rope detailing, again inspired by the brand’s signature jewelry collection, continues along the temples for a charming timeless feel. It is finished off with aplomb by acetate temple tips showcasing Lacroix’s famous patterned designs. An added touch of vintage elegance can be seen with the raised gold circular logo detailing on the upper temples, freshly stamped with the Lacroix seal of approval. Voila.
