After nearly two years of growth and evolution, My Vision Show is preparing for its biggest show yet. The upcoming showcase, dubbed See What’s New, will take place June 23-27 and will feature an ever-growing lineup of exhibitors and speakers from every niche of the independent optical and eye care industries.

Even dedicated My Vision Show goers will be pleasantly surprised by the updates to the show’s platform. Updates include an updated reception area, increased booth capabilities, improved professional networking, and increased ability to connect with attendees and exhibitors alike.

My Vision Show’s See What’s New showcase will feature a diverse array of independent brands to ensure that show-goers are able to access various facets of the industry from lens equipment to frames and accessories. Several notable exhibitors including Tear Restore and OK Love. The show will also see the return of popular vendors including Good-Lite, David Green, Casanova, SBSpecs, and Vontelle.

Likewise, the show will see a variety of new sessions from new and returning speakers including Dr. Pam Theriot, OD, Barry Santini, Dr. Maria Sampalis, OD of Corporate Optometry, and Greg Owen. The See What’s New showcase will also feature Dr. Anika Goodwin, founder, and CEO of OpulenceMD Beauty.

My Vision Show is also proud to announce that, for the first time ever, they will be going hybrid. A portion of the show will take place in Dallas on June 26, on the My Friend’s Lab property, and will feature a walkthrough of the lab with products and giveaways from several My Vision Show exhibitors including David Green. Tickets to the event are currently on sale and can be obtained by contacting My Vision Show, Optical Near Me, or My Friend’s Lab.

At the head of the show is founder Charlene Nichols, who not only conceptualized the show but has headed production over the past two years. Nichols is joined by Dr. Irina Yakubin, OD, who had come across the show at the height of the pandemic. My Vision Show is also pleased to announce its committee that will include reknowned opticians Ryan Markey and Jon Herring, leading speaker and optician Barry Santini, repair master extraordinaire Sarah Beaureau, SEO expert Ed Ritter, and Robert Bell, Eye Coach.

While My Vision Show continues to grow, some things will not be changing. For instance, the show will continue to exclusively host independent exhibitors within the optical and eye care industry and has no plans of moving into a physical space. As physical shows return, My Vision Show is positioning itself as a platform for those who wish to continue to have hybrid events. The ‘See What’s New’ Event will feature a reveal of a plan created by My Vision Show to partner with organizers to create hybrid physical and virtual events. These events will be designed with the goal of reaching out across international optical and eyecare communities.

“We also want to acknowledge that physical shows are coming back, and we are excited to see their success. We are already partnering with leading influencers to support their physical events with a virtual component to facilitate hybrid events on our platform,” states the show’s founder, Charlene Nichols As with prior shows, prospective attendees will need to register on myvisionshow.com and will receive an invitation with their virtual login for the event. Attendees can also count on My Vision Show’s social media channels for sessions streaming and re-play opportunities. Attendees seeking continuing education credits, however, will need to catch the sessions live.
