De Rigo REM Announces Renewal Of John Varvatos Agreement

De Rigo REM, the US subsidiary of De Rigo, announced a multi-year extension of the exclusive licensing agreement for the design, production, and distribution of John Varvatos prescription frames and sunglasses globally. Under the new agreement, De Rigo REM will also be responsible for the development and distribution of the brand’s younger, casual line – Star USA, that will launch in select national chains this summer.


Rooted in Rock n’ Roll, John Varvatos is an iconic menswear designer brand that occupies a unique place in the landscape of American design. Offering tailored clothing and sportswear, the brand has expanded into a full lifestyle of products which includes accessories, footwear as well as luxury skincare and fragrances. Marking 15 years of collaboration between De Rigo REM and John Varvatos, the renewal further strengthens the partnership that was forged in 2006 and reinforces the company’s dedication to growing the brand’s presence in the optical channel.

The John Varvatos eyewear collections are distributed through De Rigo REM’s sales network, as well as John Varvatos e-commerce and select boutique stores.
