Optical Women’s Association Global Connection Event At SILMO Paris
The Optical Women’s Association (OWA) will host another global event at SILMO Paris, continuing expansion plans for membership among women in the optical industry internationally.
Join the OWA for “Seeing Beyond: The Power of Women in Optical Innovation”, featuring a powerhouse panel of accomplished executive leaders, facilitated by OWA International Expansion Committee Chair Nancy Gries.
Sponsored graciously by SILMO, this event will kick off with an introduction byAmélie Morel Martin, President of SILMO and Director of Communications for MOREL. Panelists Olga Prenat (EssilorLuxottica), Kivilcim Erdogan (Bausch & Lomb), and Atissa Tadjadod (Silhouette) will then share insights into their journeys in optical innovation. The discussion will do a deep dive on how women are driving change in technology, AI, human resources, sustainability, and vision health, and promises to inspire and empower future optical leaders!
