A huge THANK YOU to each person that participated the WOF 2019 in Wenzhou, China! The 18th Wenzhou Int'l Optics Fair (WOF for short) will be held on Friday, 8-10 May 2020, in China Wenzhou Int'l Convention & Exhibition Center, showcasing a collection of cutting-edge optical products and information.

“Through 30-year's development, Wenzhou has about 1,000 manufacturers and with over 100,000 people work throughout the supply chain. Its annual output value reached over 16 billion RMB with export data that amounted to approximately 1.1 billion U.S. dollars.” remarked Ms. Ellen CHU, the show director, adding: “Wenzhou has become the World High-quality Eyewear Manufacturing Heartland & International Brands and Global Leading Optical Retailers Supplier Center”. She continues “WOF aims to encourage strengthened cooperation among manufacturers and buyers, as well as promoting related fashion design, technologies and industries - along with showcasing a collection of the latest services and products related to optical in and outside China.”

The latest edition covered more than 38,000 square meter of exhibit space and featured 550 exhibitors who showcased their innovations to a record breaking 15,000 registered visitors with representation from 100 countries around the world. The exhibits data showed 45.28% of the display products are glasses/frames/sunglasses, around 17.07% are packaging, with 14.20% materials/accessories, 11.48% optical equipment and 9.45% lens.

In 18th edition, it will bring together the industry elites to explore the optical future direction and promote the innovation and development of the optical industry. The Designer Corner will continue to present the latest eyewear fashion designs in 2020. On 8th May, the first day of the exhibition, the concurrent event 2020 Int'l Optics Summit will invite domestic and overseas industry leaders and well-known corporate executives to share and discuss topics such as “Optical Manufacturing, Channel, Business Model, Brand Operation, New Retail and E-commerce”. WOF has partnered up with the China Ouhai Glasses Town to delivery audience amazing Eyewear Fashion Show in recent years. Come discover over hundred brands in WOF stage!
