WOF | Bangkok Overseas Buyer Invitation Tour – Thailand & Cambodia
From August 25th to 29th, the organizing committee visited Thailand and Cambodia to conduct exhibition promotion and market research, continuously deepening its promotional layout in the Southeast Asian market.
Strategic Outreach in Thailand
In Bangkok, the organizing committee met with the IMPACT team to analyze the latest developments in the Thai eyewear market and optimize local promotion and buyer invitation strategies through in-depth discussions.
Afterwards, the organizing committee, along with the IMPACT team, visited the Bangkok eyewear market, introducing the highlights of the fair to local merchants and channel agents while extending buyer invitations.
During this period, the organizing committee was invited to participate in a trade matching event jointly organized by the KOIA and the Daegu Government. They also held in-depth discussions with the KOIA leadership team to explore the possibility of establishing a dedicated Korean group exhibition area at WOF | Bangkok in the future.
Strategic Outreach in Cambodia
In Phnom Penh, the organizing committee visited several local businesses to gain a deeper understanding of the operational characteristics and development needs of the eyewear market. They conducted face-to-face promotions to directly engage with retail outlets and wholesale channels, issuing invitations for buyers to visit the fair, thereby expanding the event's influence in Cambodia.
Through this outreach, the organizing committee not only increased the exhibition's exposure but also attracted more potential buyers and partnership opportunities from Thailand and Cambodia. In the future, the organizing committee will continue to expand its efforts to more ASEAN countries, working hand in hand with partners to connect exhibiting brands with broader international markets.
