WOF 2024 GROUP OVERSEAS NEW VISITORS TRAVEL SUBSIDY POLICY

Dear WOFers,

It is our great pleasure and honor to invite you as our local partner at China Wenzhou Int’l Optics Fair (10-12 May, 2024) - Must-attend optical event and a strategic platform for importers from the worldwide B2B trade with an exhibition area exceeding 40,000 square meters and over 600 exhibitors.

To encourage inviting group visitors to attend WOF 2024, we outlined the following guidelines:

Group Requirements

New Visitor Requirement: WOF First-time visitors only

Minimum Group Requirement: A group with a minimum of 10 visitors from at least 8 companies

Nature of Business: Eyewear Brand, Import Company, Wholesaler, Retailer, Vendor, Agency And Dealer etc.

Group Benefits

1. Group Leader Commission: $ 100 USD/Company

2. Group Leader Airfare: Reimburse ONE economic class round trip ticket (to WNZ airport)

3. Hotel Accommodation：3 Nights free hotel accommodation(Twin room with two beds, 2 people/twin room, Group leader must provide the attendee list before 10th April)

4. Airport Pick-Up Service：Group can enjoy airport one-time pick-up service (same flight)

Application Process：

1. Submit Online: Group leader fill the registration form before 1st April, 2024 on https://jinshuju.net/f/LhyOoC

2. Application Material: Passport, business card, air ticket and air ticket invoice

3. Hotel Confirmation Letter: the group will receive the free hotel confirmation letter within 7 working days after sending complete application material

4. Travel Subsidy Confirmation Letter: the group will receive the travel subsidy confirmation letter within 7 working days after sending complete application material

5. Travel Subsidy Claim: Claim travel subsidy and leader commission during the WOF in the exhibition center

Note：

1. Each company can only receive one travel subsidy, regardless of the number of participants

2. The travel subsidy slots only for 100 companies, first come, first served
