The eyewear world eagerly anticipates Silmo’s 2021 edition that opens on 24th through 27th September at Paris Nord Villepinte. Designers, opticians, exhibitors, and visitors look forward to meeting in person again, with safety concerns in compliance with French health regulations connected to the pandemic. Over five hundred French and international designers and brands will convene in Paris to present their latest collections for Autumn/Winter 2021-22.

The Paris fair is a showcase for innovative, finely crafted, and stylish eyewear with sunglass designs; optical frames for men, women, and children; and active sports frames. Silmo creates a stage for new and inspiring eyewear collections, and impressive, unexpected inventory discoveries.

Among the new sleek designs by Thomas Lafont at Lafont Paris, are the bold, beautiful, and bi-colored Juillet sunglasses. The acetate frame, crafted in the Jura region of France, is highlighted with distinctive detailing on the top part of the design. Lafont will also launch new optical frames for men and women at Silmo.

The inside temples are as enticing as the outside: laser engraved symbols, visible through the light colors of the lenses, include running Giraffes and the L.G.R signature quote: “Handmade in Italy, Inspired by Africa.”
