Exploring Thai Eyewear Market: WOF | Bangkok Expands Local Invitations
On June 9, 2025, the organizing committee of the ASEAN INT'L OPTICS FAIR (WOF | Bangkok) traveled to Thailand and joined hands with the Thai team to carry out local eyewear market research and exhibition promotion. The committee conducted in-depth visits to multiple eyewear enterprises in Bangkok, advancing exhibition publicity and invitations for professional visitors.
The organizing committee first visited ISOPTIK, a high-end custom eyewear brand in Bangkok. Somboon Numtipjuntacharern, the general manager, introduced the company's custom service model and product features. Committee members detailed WOF | Bangkok's exhibitor composition, exhibition highlights, and visitor benefits, recommended potential partner exhibitors based on ISOPTIK's positioning, and sincerely invited the brand to attend and negotiate at the exhibition.
The committee then visited the downtown flagship store of TOP CHAROEN, a well-known local chain brand, received by store general manager Thaweesak. The two sides exchanged views on best-selling products, consumer preferences, and local market trends. The committee also introduced the exhibition details and exclusive policies for local visitors, inviting them to attend on-site.
Through this field visit and communication, WOF | Bangkok further enhanced its brand awareness and industry connections in the Thai market, laying the foundation for attracting more local professional visitor resources to the exhibition.
