30 Days Countdown: China Wenzhou Int'l Optic Fair Service Provider Meeting was successfully held!

With only 30 days remaining until the grand opening of the 2025 China Wenzhou Int'l Optic Fair. The organizing committee convened the Service Provider Conference on April 9 and comprehensively upgrade on-site services and ensure the event's success. The conference marked the official launch of service quality operations, "Safe Guarding"for the smooth execution of the exhibition.


Mainly attendees included:

  • Chen Xuefan, Second-level Chief Staff Member of Wenzhou Commerce Bureau's Consumer Promotion Division (Exhibition Management Office)

  • Zhao Xianguang, Deputy General Manager of Wenzhou International Convention & Exhibition Center

  • Su Miaoshou, General Manager of Wenzhou Donnor Cloud Expo Co., Ltd.

  • Wang Xiaoke, Project Director of Wenzhou Donnor Cloud Expo Co., Ltd.

  • Other representatives from construction, hotel, catering, transportation and other service providers attended the meeting


1. Comprehensive Exhibition Overview


Wang Xiaoke systematically presented the fair's whole planning, preparation progress, and service layout, emphasizing cross-departmental collaboration to create professional, efficient, and comfortable experiences for exhibitors and visitors.

Yang Xiangcheng, representing the main venue construction service provider. He enhanced this exhibition: "It despites unprecedented scale and increased operational complexity, our team will fully-prepared and ensure orderly, efficient, and safe operations through rigorous coordination and improved management efficacy.

Zhang Liang from Venue Operations outlined refined management protocols shared: "We'll deploy specialized task forces with clear responsibilities, enabling real-time resource allocation to guarantee promptly and effective service delivery.

Representatives from the theme and custom installation, hospitality, catering, and transportation services proposed with practical solutions to historical challenges ,while sharing service, optimization plans, committing to deliver upgraded and end-to-end unbelievable experiences.
