Filtering harmful blue light and relieving visual fatigue: this is its main function. It can partially filter out high-energy short wave blue light (usually in the 415-455nm wavelength range) emitted by electronic screens (such as computers, mobile phones, and tablets), reducing the potential stimulation of this light on the retina, thereby helping to alleviate digital visual fatigue symptoms such as dry eyes, eye strain, and blurred vision caused by prolonged screen staring.

Improving visual comfort: After filtering out some blue light, the lens may present a slight background color (such as pale yellow), which can make some people feel softer in the light, especially when using digital products for a long time, subjectively feeling more comfortable.
