Buyer- Supplier Meeting for travel subsidy Application
To ensure a precise match with the exhibitors that meet your requirements, buyers are requested to fill out the form according to your own needs and make sure to attend the meeting on time during the exhibition;
Buyer- Supplier Meeting schedule: May 8th -10th, 2026. From 10 AM to 12 PM, and from 1 PM to 5 PM. Each hour represents one session;

Participating in Buyer- Supplier Meeting can get 1000 RMB as travel subsidy,
The following are the ways to receive the full subsidy:If you are successfully selected for the Buyer- Supplier Meeting, you will receive 300 RMB.
If the attendance rate during the one-hour negotiation session in the meeting area reaches 80% (It's approximately 48 minutes), you will receive 200 RMB.
After the match meeting, the exhibitors will rate the buyers' performances and, based on the scores, provide buyers with subsidies ranging from 100 to 500 RMB.

Visitors Group Subsidy Application
WOF 2026 will offer group subsidy to visitors from ASEAN and Europe.
The requirements are as follows:
A group consists of at least 15 members and these members must come from at least 10 different companies.
At least 80% of the members of the group are from ASEAN or European countries.
The subsidy will only take effect after all the members are present.
After forming the group, will enjoy
Group leader will receive a subsidy of 100 USD per person (excluding the group leader self).
Receive a 3-nights free hotel accommodation.
Airport pick-up service if arrive by the same flight.
Members are uniformly managed by the group leader. The leader will fill out the form, and the members do not need to fill it out.
